The product CSB-PA15089A0Rb is a polyclonal antibody against HLA-B. It was developed in the rabbit and used the recombinant human HLA-B protein (25-308aa) as the immunogen. Following the protein G affinity chromatography purification, this HLA-B polyclonal antibody got up to 95% purity.

This antibody is an unconjugated IgG. It has been validated to recognize the human HLA-B protein in the ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. It may assist in investigating the HLA-B protein functions in environmental contexts.
