大鼠末端補體復(fù)合物C5b-9(TCC C5b-9)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08709r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的TCC C5b9含量。大鼠末端補體復(fù)合物C5b-9（TCC C5b-9）是補體系統(tǒng)激活后形成的膜攻擊復(fù)合物，通過介導(dǎo)細胞膜穿孔參與免疫防御及炎癥反應(yīng)調(diào)控，在免疫相關(guān)疾病機制研究中具有重要價值。試劑盒檢測范圍為1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，適用于基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究中補體系統(tǒng)功能評估，例如在建立腎小球腎炎、心肌梗死或神經(jīng)退行性疾病動物模型時，可通過檢測血清或組織中的C5b - 9水平動態(tài)觀察補體激活程度；亦可用于評價藥物或生物制劑對補體通路的調(diào)控作用。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat TCC C5b-9 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
