產(chǎn)品描述：

大鼠降鈣素原(PCT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13419r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的PCT含量。PCT即降鈣素原，在細(xì)菌感染等引發(fā)的全身炎癥反應(yīng)中會(huì)顯著升高。作為一種新型炎癥標(biāo)志物。研究機(jī)制主要是在感染時(shí)，細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素及炎性因子刺激其大量合成，可用于鑒別細(xì)菌與病毒感染、評(píng)估感染嚴(yán)重程度等。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，適用于體外實(shí)驗(yàn)中對(duì)不同來(lái)源樣本的PCT水平檢測(cè)。研究者可借助探索炎癥相關(guān)疾病的分子機(jī)制、細(xì)菌感染模型的動(dòng)態(tài)變化，或評(píng)估抗炎藥物、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑的干預(yù)效果。可為感染免疫學(xué)、藥理學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的實(shí)驗(yàn)提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat PCT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
