對于ELISA檢測，一般不建議使用含有SDS的緩沖液處理樣品。這是因為SDS可以破壞分子與分子間的氫鍵，即破壞蛋白質(zhì)的二級和三級結(jié)構(gòu)，并可能影響ELISA的檢測。由于您的樣品已經(jīng)被處理過，我們只能建議您先使用處理后的樣品進行梯度預(yù)實驗。我們以前沒有這樣做過，所以我們只能建議你試一試。
