兔子巨噬細胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α/CCL3)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E04625Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的MIP1α/CCL3含量。MIP1α/CCL3，即巨噬細胞炎癥蛋白1-a/CCL3，是CC亞家族的趨化因子，主要由單核細胞、巨噬細胞等免疫細胞產(chǎn)生。它通過結(jié)合細胞表面受體CCR1、CCR3和CCR5，誘導白細胞趨化，促進T細胞進入炎癥區(qū)域，并在肉芽腫、哮喘等自身免疫性疾病中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。試劑盒檢測范圍為7.8 pg/mL-500 pg/mL，科研人員可將其應用于炎癥機制研究、疾病模型中的趨化因子動態(tài)監(jiān)測、免疫調(diào)節(jié)藥物篩選等方向，為探索MIP - 1α在先天免疫應答、感染性疾病或自身免疫病中的作用提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
