豬α干擾素(IFN-α)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E07328p）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織培養(yǎng)上清液、組織勻漿樣本中的IFNA1含量。IFNA1 為干擾素α1，是 I 型干擾素家族成員。其背景上在抗病毒、免疫調(diào)節(jié)等方面有重要作用。研究機(jī)制表明它能與細(xì)胞表面受體結(jié)合，激活下游信號(hào)通路，誘導(dǎo)多種抗病毒蛋白產(chǎn)生，從而抑制病毒復(fù)制、調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞活性。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為7.8 pg/mL-500 pg/mL，適用于體外實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，如病毒感染模型中的細(xì)胞因子動(dòng)態(tài)分析、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑效果評(píng)估或疫苗免疫原性研究；動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)研究豬類病毒感染機(jī)制、免疫應(yīng)答評(píng)估及疫苗研發(fā)具有重要意義。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of pig IFN-α in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
