人補(bǔ)體激活產(chǎn)物SC5b9酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E12742h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的SC5b9 complex含量。SC5b9 complex即膜攻擊復(fù)合體，是補(bǔ)體激活終末途徑形成的產(chǎn)物。其插入細(xì)胞膜后可形成跨膜通道，破壞細(xì)胞膜完整性，使細(xì)胞溶解死亡。當(dāng)下圍繞它在疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展機(jī)制、藥物靶點(diǎn)等方面的研究較多，為疾病治療提供新思路。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為31.25 ng/mL-2000 ng/mL，適用于基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究中補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)激活程度的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)，如心血管疾病、腎臟損傷、敗血癥等模型的機(jī)制研究，也可用于體外藥物篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)中補(bǔ)體抑制劑或調(diào)節(jié)劑的效應(yīng)評(píng)估。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human SC5b9 in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
