Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
線性度:
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human CILP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

what part of the protein this ELISA kit targets? As I am aware, the Cilp gene encodes a precursor that is cleaved into two fragments. I was curious as to whether this kit targets a specific fragment.

Thanks for your inquiry! CSB-EL005437HU This kit is designed according to: https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/O75339. It detects CILP protein. The two fragments you mentioned should be C1 and C2. Sorry we are not clear if these 2 forms can be detected out or not. If the fragment is within the antibody's recognition area, then it can be detected out. However, in general the protein has spatial structure, so it is difficult to predict if it can be detected out or not. We suggest you do a pretest first. Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Probably plays a role in cartilage scaffolding. May act by antagonizing TGF-beta1 (TGFB1) and IGF1 functions. Has the ability to suppress IGF1-induced proliferation and sulfated proteoglycan synthesis, and inhibits ligand-induced IGF1R autophosphorylation. May inhibit TGFB1-mediated induction of cartilage matrix genes via its interaction with TGFB1. Overexpression may lead to impair chondrocyte growth and matrix repair and indirectly promote inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi) supersaturation in aging and osteoarthritis cartilage.

Specifically expressed in cartilage. Localizes in the intermediates layer of articular cartilage but neither in the superficial nor in the deepest regions. Specifically and highly expressed in intervertebral disk tissue. Expression increases with aging in
