人3-硝基酪氨酸酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14324h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的3-NT含量。3-NT（神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)素-3）是一種由人類NTF3基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，屬于神經(jīng)生長因子（NGF）家族。它對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的特定神經(jīng)元有調(diào)控活性，支持神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的生存和分化，并促進(jìn)新神經(jīng)元的生長和分化。3-NT通過與其受體TrkC和TrkB結(jié)合，激活細(xì)胞信號傳導(dǎo)，影響神經(jīng)發(fā)生和神經(jīng)元功能。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.156 ng/mL-10 ng/mL，適用于體外研究領(lǐng)域，如氧化應(yīng)激相關(guān)疾病模型的分子機制探索、抗氧化藥物篩選及藥效評估等實驗場景本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human 3-NT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
