Have you ever tested tissue sample?

Thanks for your inquiry!We only tested the mentioned sample stated in the manual. We suggest you follow the manual.If you want to test tissue samplet,we suggest do pre-testing first.Here is the processing way on tissue samples.Pls check for your reference:
Tissue Homogenates 100mg tissue was rinsed with 1X PBS, homogenized in 1 ml of 1X PBS and stored overnight at -20°C. After two freeze-thaw cycles were performed to break the cell membranes, the homogenates were centrifuged for 5 minutes at 5000 x g, 2 - 8°C. The supernate was removed and assayed immediately. Alternatively, aliquot and store samples at -20°C or -80°C. Centrifuge the sample again after thawing before the assay. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This is a competitive kit. There is only one antibody in the kit.
The plate is coated with mouse monoclonal antibody. ( Immunogen is CHO-derived recombinant protein.）
Standard is CHO-derived recombinant protein.
Pls find attached manual.
We tested salmon serum and plasma and some common freshwater fish before and the test value is about
125pg/ml under 1:100 dilution. The final concentration is about 12.5ng/ml.
